Rossana Pestana

Rossana Pestana brings more than two decades of real estate leadership to Fortune Peak Properties, with a career built on brokerage ownership, large-scale portfolio management, and hands-on investment expertise. Licensed as a broker in both California and Montana and fluent in English and Spanish, Rossana has guided branches, teams, and individual clients through every facet of residential, commercial, leasing, and property management transactions.

Most recently, Rossana served as Designated Broker for Realty One Group Extreme's Burlingame and upcoming Atherton franchises, where she grew the branch to more than 25 agents and an average annual sales volume exceeding $35 million, while overseeing all regulatory compliance, agent training, and recruitment across the Peninsula and San Diego markets. 

Her earlier roles as Broker/Owner of Canvas Real Estate and Investments and RE/MAX Homes and Investments saw her lead teams of 20 to 50+ agents across multiple California locations, liquidate and manage real estate portfolios exceeding $50 million, and oversee construction lending, compliance, and trust accounting for institutional and hedge fund clients.

Throughout her career, Rossana has represented some of San Diego County's largest investment portfolios — handling acquisitions through auction, foreclosure, bulk purchases, and trustee and short sales, and managing hundreds of renovations and flip projects from material selection through final resale. Her property management experience spans hundreds of residential assets, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance oversight, and full-cycle financial reporting for hedge fund and institutional owners.

Rossana earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and has completed advanced professional training in short sale transactions, probate real estate, and property management. She enjoys all outdoor activities with her family including biking, hiking, yoga, camping, skiing, avid cook, and swimming. Her two girls are tri-lingual and she has imbedded a deep love of traveling in them since childhood. Rossana brings in depth knowledge of compliance and strategic marketing to each and every client. Her rigor and client-first approach she brings to every transaction and every agent she trains.
