620 Maymens Flat RD, Los Gatos, CA 95033

Property Description

Spectacular end-of-road setting at the top of the world! At the culmination of your drive over paved and unpaved roads you pass through the front gate and onto the grounds of this broad skyline estate that overlooks the trailhead of nearby Demonstration Forest in the foreground, out to the expanse of the entire Monterey Bay. The upper section of its over 19 acres of gently sloped ridge is bedecked with now-dormant trellised rows that could be transformed into a vineyard, followed by a series of greenhouse sites and a large level pad that can accommodate a tennis or basketball court. Multiple storage buildings and refrigeration units lend to re-opening as a thriving agrarian compound, or to repurpose as a full-scale winery. With an available RV for guests, the home presides over these surroundings with Mediterranean flair under soaring ceilings, bedecked in hardwood and granite, offering comfortable single level living with a broad veranda well-suited for the sunny climate.
